Protesters Gather Outside Webster Police Station Tuesday - Spectrum News

WEBSTER, N.Y. — Dozens of protesters gathered outside the Webster Police Station Tuesday evening.

Spectrum News' crews at the scene say the group blocked the entrance where patrol cars enter and leave the department parking lot.

A sergeant asked those involved to move away from the entrance several times since the protest began around 5 p.m.

Free the People Roc organized this protest.

Organizers are calling out the actions of police at Monday's protest at the intersection of Ridge and Hard Road.

Spectrum News is told by Webster police that two arrests had been made for disorderly conduct after protesters were told multiple times to leave the roadway and stay on the sidewalk.

Protesters claim they were never in the road and remained out of the way of traffic.
