Married celebrity couple Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds walked the streets of New York City on January 24, arm-in-arm. The pair were matching in navy coats and jeans. Lively's coat was a knee-length wool piece, while Reynolds wore a short puffer jacket open over a blue button-down shirt. He was wearing tan sneakers with bright orange detailing, and Lively was wearing heavier boots and large gloves. She also wore a blue and orange hat and a small blue purse slung over her shoulder.

Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively have three girls together, who they mostly keep out of the public eye. Soon after their marriage, they began discussing having kids and told various publications about their plans for having a big family together.
“We’d love to have a big family,” Reynolds told Details in August 2013. “We both come from big families — my parents did four, Blake’s did five. A lot of people say it’s crazy, but we’ll only know when we’re there, you know? We’ll walk through that fire pretty happily, I think.”
Lively told Marie Claire in September of 2014, “I gotta get started...if I could spit out a litter of kids, I would.”
Speaking to the outlet again in 2016, she discussed the birth of their first child, James.
“All my eggs are in one basket, and that’s my family,” she said. “That’s where my heart is. That’s where my everything is. That’s the thing that I feel most protective of and the thing that I feel is the most exposed when I feel exploited.”
James is named after Reynolds' father, who passed away soon after her birth. Reynolds announced late last year he would be taking a little sabbatical from acting after completing his most recent project, Spirited, starring across from Octavia Butler and Will Ferrell. Reynolds said he wanted to spend some time focusing on family, and apparently to go on adorable dates with his wife.
