So, just how does Blake get such long, lean legs? It all comes down to the fitness routine she built with Saladino. “She truly listened to me every step of the way and we both listened to her body,” he told The Zoe Report.

“At the end of the day, it will never be one-size-fits-all," Saladino explained. "In order to get the results, you need to be paying attention to what’s going on [with you].”

For Blake, that means paying attention to how her busy schedule will affect her body in the gym. “If a leg day was set up for a Monday for Blake, but she was flying home the night before and stayed up all night with the baby and was exhausted, I’m not gonna make her do the full workout," Saladino said.

As far as her sweat sessions go, Blake worked out with Saladino five or six days a week while preparing for her role in The Shallows, with at least one guaranteed rest day for recharging. Some of Blake's go-to moves include squat jumps, kettlebell deadlifts, interval workouts in a pool, long-distance swimming, push-ups, and planks, he added.

When she's not getting in shape for a role, Blake prefers to get her steps in outdoors. “I hate the gym,” she told Extra back in 2014. “So I find other ways to be active. I dance, I ride bicycles, I hike. I go out and exercise in nature. I find ways to be physical where you're also having an experience because I'm very experience-oriented."

As for Blake's diet, Saladino told Cosmopolitan that her meal plan is pretty simple. Currently, she's "eating organic, balanced meals consisting of proteins, vegetables, fruits, slow-burning starches like sweet potato, and getting healthy fats like avocado, coconut oil, and grass-fed butter," he said.
