Lively and Reynolds were photographed holding hands while walking the city streets and showcasing their peak fall style. Reynolds opted for warm and cozy in a navy hoodie, matching puffer vest, and blue pants. Lively, meanwhile, leaned into her Gossip Girl aesthetic with a more preppy look: She wore a gray coat, a black top with a plunging neckline, and a gray pleated skirt with sheer black tights.

The couple’s appearance together comes after Reynolds spoke to both Entertainment Tonight and Access Hollywood about their marriage and family. When asked by Entertainment Tonight what has made their nine-year marriage so strong, Reynolds cited their friendship.
He said, “We don’t take each other too seriously, but we’re also friends. Falling in love is great, but do you like each other? That’s kinda the question you gotta ask yourself, you know, going into it.”
With Lively, “We’ve always liked each other,” he added. “We grow together. We learn from each other. So yeah, I’m lucky to have a buddy in that.”
Access Hollywood got him to open up about his feelings being the father to three girls: James, Inez, and Betty. He loves it, he revealed: “I would not have it any other way,” he said, via People. “When we had our youngest, I was quietly terrified it was gonna be a boy because I didn’t know, we didn’t know. I didn’t know anything but girls. I grew up with boys and I was constantly being thrown through walls when there was a perfectly good door five feet away.”
