Blake Lively was more A Simple Favor than Gossip Girl at Tuesday’s Michael Kors fall/winter 2022 show in New York City.
The actress looked like an elevated Hamptons-meets-Hollywood bombshell with her relaxed golden waves, rep lip, glamorous tan, and monochrome powder-blue skirt suit. The three-piece ensemble consisted of a crop top, midi-length pencil skirt, and blazer, which she wore draped over her shoulders as she posed with the designer, her longtime friend, on the red carpet.
She continued the soft tones with a white clutch and strappy heels.
“I mean honestly, Michael was the first person to invite me to any fashion event, and he always shows up for me, so, I think that’s one of the best things you can do in life for people, show up,” Lively told Entertainment Tonight.
The star is a regular at Michael Kors fashion shows and may just be his most committed and dazzling brand ambassador.
Two Fashion Weeks ago, Lively posted a photo of herself wearing an elegant, menswear-inspired look by the designer, at his fall/winter 2020 show. “@michaelkors I will get outta pajamas for you, and only you, any day. I love you and love your new collection,” she wrote in the caption.

In 2018, Lively also sat front row at Kors’s show, next to her Valentine’s Day date, The Devil Wears Prada actress Emily Blunt.
But it’s not only during Fashion Week when Lively has shown her love for Kors. The actress has worn his designs to mark many special occasions in her life, most notably her 2014 red-carpet appearance at the Golden Heart Awards, where she debuted her first baby bump.
This Fashion Week, the mom of two stepped into the Kors show with a gorgeous date: her sister Robyn Lively, who also accompanied her to the designer’s show three years ago, on Valentine’s Day.
“I couldn’t miss it, is just so special for me because I don’t get to do this very often,” Robyn told ET.
Lively’s husband, Green Lantern actor Ryan Reynolds, was not at the show, but he did post a photo of his stylish wife in her icy-blue outfit on his Instagram Story, along with some heart emojis.
Stars, such as actress and model Brooke Shields, model Lori Harvey, and Italian fashion influencer and entrepreneur Chiara Ferragni, also graced Kors’s front row Tuesday, while supermodels Emily Ratajkowski, Gigi and Bella Hadid and Irina Shayk walked the runway and Miguel performed a medley of his songs.
