"They keep on failing to address them and each time a complaint is made, it's added on. It keeps coming out worse each time," said Augusta Professional Firefighter Association President Philip Brigham. He tells us they are pushing for change within the fire department after former Chief James Kelly resigned, citing discrimination and a hostile work environment. "He had a general, really want to make the EMS better for the city. He's done a lot bringing up our protocols to where they needed to be."
